By placing an order with Tiny Sarah’s Cakes, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
CHRISTMAS
We are doing everything we can so your cakes and bakes arrive before Christmas. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and according to their guidelines you should receive your parcels before Christmas. However, please note it is not a guaranteed service. If your cakes arrive after Christmas, they will still be delicious to eat! We won’t be liable for any delay due to postal strikes.
Postal boxes are filled with treats that can be kept up for 7 days minimum after dispatch - please note that they will still be edible if you eat them later, the brownies might just be a bit drier. Rocky roads and other bars can be kept up to a month.
Small cakes should be eaten within 5 days of collection. If they are kept over a day, it is best to keep yours refrigerated - however, take it out of the fridge at least two hours before tasting so it has time to go back to room temperature. They are suitable for home freezing. They sometimes contain non edible items like toothpicks - please make sure you remove them before eating!
We do cater to people with allergies with nut free, soya free and gluten free options - however, please be aware that these ingredients are handled in the kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
Small boxes are sent with Royal Mail 1st class, every Thursday. Please be aware that in the current situation, there might be some delay to your box getting to you and I cannot guarantee delivery dates. However, your treats will still be good!
Birthday boxes are sent with a courier and next day delivery.
We will contact you the week of your small cake order to arrange a collection date.
If you do not receive your order within 8 days of dispatch, please email us at hello@tinysarahscakes.co.uk and we will see what we can do!
Refunds will be at our discretion, if your items arrive in bad condition. If your box goes missing, we will send you a new one. If you collect your small cake and don’t drive or store it carefully and it gets damaged because of that, we will not be liable for it. We will give you directions on collection as to what best to handle it.
